The
Idiocy of the RWC

Idiocy: The
RWC, afflicted with extreme mental retardation, or rather it's councilors,
and I interject here to say some of the councilors, as there
are very few (and far in between) that exhibit signs of breaking the mold.
But in either case, I find the RWC defining the word idiocy in its most
extreme form. Does that make me an idiot for associating with idiots?
Rightly so, but the difference between being an idiot and an idiot by
association is the capacity to know the difference. |
And
yet, once again we find the rules being changed. The crowning achievement
of a select group of people who wouldn't know their arse from a hole in
the ground. The very same people who before the rules can be voted on have
already made motions to change these rules. Am I the only one who sees the
true idiocy in this? When questioned they are quick with defense saying
this is their opinion and their right to their opinion than turn around
and deny others theirs. What is their motive? Are they even intelligent
enough to have a motive? It is like watching a feeding frenzy. Throw these
Councilors a bone and what reason and intelligence they do possess, if
any, flees like a stampeding herd. The current rewrite for the JC rules can stand as testament. The sheer genius of removing the FC as final authority and giving that authority to the RCC, when the FC is a not an unlimited termed position and therefore cannot be clouded by continued bias as say a held position like the JAC, RCC, CAs, makes my stomach curdle. The RCC, despite being only a steward of the RWC to handle motions and rewrites, now becomes the interpreter of the rules. Hence, within the hands of the RCC goes the power to overrule even the original author of any given rule and his/her intent. I don't know about the handful of genius's who wrote these proposed rules but I am under the impression they have replaced one 'dictator' with another. I often liken the RWC to a rat race. Set a handful of Councilors free in a maze and watch as they scurry, bash their heads into a wall, and climb over each other, just to reach the finish line. It is rather comical and the RWC is worth more than it's share of amusements. One has to truly wonder if being an idiot is all it's cracked up to be. But in the end a true idiot never realizes the idiocy of their actions. |
